Beef Back Ribs

Not a quick but very easy recipe to cook tender and flavorful beef back ribs. Baste with barbecue sauce and enjoy the juicy and flavorful meat right off the bone.

  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Beef back ribs
  • Olive oil spray
  • Hot pepper sauce
  • Spices, smoked salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic, and onion powder

Take a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet and place ribs on it.

Spray oil over them and sprinkle spices all over them. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven.

Mix apple cider vinegar and hot pepper sauce then divide this whole mixture into three different bowls.

After the first hour baste ribs with vinegar hot sauce marinade and continue baking ribs for more than three hours while basting it again with marinade. Wash the basting brush every time with hot soapy water after each usage.

After 4 hours in the oven, ribs are perfectly cooked now. You can keep them in the oven for 1 more hour to make them more tender, warm & caramelized from outside.
