STEP 1: Add 340g of all-purpose, 90g of powdered sugar, 150g of butter, and 2 eggs, let’s beat them properly with a mixer.
STEP 2: Take a pie pan and spread the dough, make sure to spread it properly like edges should not be out of the pan.
STEP 3: Put the baking paper on the dough and spread some salt and leave it in the oven at 350 F for about 10 – 12 minutes.
STEP 4: Cut the two apples into small thin layers, and spread them on the baked dough.
STEP 5: Let’s take another bowl and pour 1 cup of heavy cream, 40g of sugar, 2 egg yolk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, ½ tsp of cinnamon. Beat them properly.
STEP 6: Pour the whole mixture on the apples, pinch some salt for taste, and make sure to spread it properly.
STEP 7: Bake it for 30 minutes on 360F.
