Full of cheesy and healthy stuff, this incredible pizza makes a deliciously appetizing meal. Made with flatbread, store-bought pizza crust, smoked salmon, onions, and a topping of cream cheese, this smoked salmon pizza makes a perfect meal loved and enjoyed by everyone.


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ Mil Lel pizza cheese or cup Coon
  • 1 quantity gluten-free pizza dough
  • 50 kg smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Light sour cream, to serve
  • Fresh dill, to serve


 Step 1: First of all, make pizza dough and preheat the oven to 220 centigrade or 200 centigrade fan-forced.

Step 2: Roll dough into two 25cm circles.

Step 3: Place on prepared trays and brush with oil.

Step 4: Top it with salmon, onions, capers, and cheese.

Step 5: Bake it for about 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and the base is crisp.

Step 6: Top it with cream and dill. Serve and enjoy!
