  • Unsalted butter 45g
  • Muscovado sugar 205g
  • Egg 1
  • Self-rising flour 85g
  • Butter 120g
  • Milky cream 1 ½ cups
  • Ginger powder 1/ tsp.
  • Malt powder 1 tsp.
  • meshed Dates 120g
  • yogurt 1 1/2 tsp.

STEP 7: Let’s put a pan on low flame, add 120g of muscovado sugar, 120g of butter, 1 cup of milky cream, let’s cook them for 5 minutes until they melt. Off the flam and pinch some salt and add ½ marmite, let’s mix them.

STEP 8: Take a piece of pudding and pour the sauce, your delicious sticky toffee pudding is ready.
