Today I am going to share with you a sweet potato pie that is full of nutrients without having too much sugar.
STEP 1: Boil or bake the sweet potatoes until they become soft, lets peel off the skin of them and beat them.
STEP 2: Add 1 stick of unsalted butter, 1 1/5 cups of granulated sugar, ¾ cups of evaporated milk, 1 tsp. of cinnamon and nutmeg powder and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, let’s beat them properly for about 2 minutes, add 3 eggs and again beat them for a minute.
STEP 3: let’s pour the whole mixture on the top of pie crusts, let put this in a preheated oven of 35o f for about 50- 60 minutes, take them out,, and leave them for about 30 minutes until they become cool.
Your delicious Sweet potato pie is ready, let’s serve it with a scope of ice cream or wiped cream.
