Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Recipe

A good Vanilla Bean Cheesecake should be light, creamy, airy, and must be packed with vanilla flavors.

I am going to share a step-by-step process with the exact amount of ingredients my grandma is using since 1994.

Here Is The Step By Step Process of Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Recipe


  • Ground graham crackers/biscuits 3 – 4 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Melted butter 12 table of spoons
  • Cinnamon 1 ½ tsp.
  • Cream cheese 4 cups
  • Sour cream 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 ½ cups
  • All-purpose flour ¼ cups
  • Milk¾ cup
  • Eggs 4-6
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp. 
  • vanilla bean paste 2 tsp.


STEP 1: Take bowl and add 3 – 4 cups of ground graham or crushed biscuits, 1 cup sugar, 12 tsp. melted butter and 1 tsp. of cinnamon make sure to Mix them properly. Take a 9 inches cake pan put the whole mixture on the bottom of it, make sure to press them with a spoon.

STEP 2: Bake the mixture for about 7-8 minutes on 374 F.

STEP 3: Take another bowl, add 4 cups of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar, ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, beat it until it will be smooth.

STEP 4: Now add ¾ cups of milk, 4-6 eggs, 1 tsp. of vanilla extract and 2 tsp. of vanilla bean paste, let’s eat it again until they mixed.

STEP 5: Pour the whole mixture on the top of the ground graham crust, Cover the cake pan’s bottom, take another big pan and pour some hot water, let’s place our cake pan on hot water.

STEP 6: Place the cake pan with the hot water in the oven for about 50 – 60 minutes.

STEP 7: Get your cake from the oven and let it cool for about 30 – 40 minutes.

Your Vanilla Bean Cheesecake is ready to serve, add some fruit and berry syrup to enhance the flavors.
